The Family Letter

While reading yesterday’s link of the day a friend found another site, apparently a blog belonging to the author of Live! Nude! Cats!  He called my attention to one of the entries, where the writer is having a fun look at the next step in “eating ethically.”  It makes for a hilarious read, especially if you take it lightly, with the sense of humor with which it was written.  

My only issue with this (as long as it remains fictional!) is that if you choose your meals within 50 miles, isn’t CSI going to be able to establish a pattern?  Of course, if you do get arrested and sent to prison, then I suppose if the diet continued you’d be helping to reduce the prison population which, as we all know, has gotten to be a serious problem in this country.  (Hawaii even sends prisoners to the mainland.)  So it would be kind of like community service.  Win-win.

Today’s actual calendar entry left me scratching my head, until I finally followed the link.  It said something about the ability to play “Jan’s classic plaint over and over and over again.”  Huh?  I guess that means my age is showing.
